Over the past 35 years, I have always believed that every life possesses an innate strength to thrive—and our duty is to measure deviations with the precision of professional tools, to promote catch‑up growth through evidence‑based pathways, and to accompany each child’s journey with warmth and care.

• Childhood growth and development assessment and promotion, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of growth-related disorders

• Led the development of the Growth Standards and Growth Curves for Chinese Children and Adolescents Aged 0-18
• Led the development of the national health industry standard Growth Evaluation Criteria for Newborns of Different Gestational Ages at Birth
• Led the development of the national health industry standard Growth Standards for Children Under 7 Years of Age
• 35 years of research and clinical work in pediatric growth and development, covering growth patterns and evaluation, prevention and treatment of childhood obesity, neuro-psychological development scales, puberty assessment, diagnosis and intervention of growth disorders, and early childhood development and nurturing
• Published over 150 research papers in peer-reviewed journals at home and abroad
