Rui WANG

Dr. Wang graduated from the School of Medicine of the Yanbian University in 1987. She received her Master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Bethune Medical University (now Norman Bethune Health Science Center of Jilin University) in 1993 and her Doctorate in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Peking University Health Science Center in 2005. In 2000, she also conducted advanced studies at the Reproductive Medicine Center of the Peking University Third Hospital.

Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital, Dr. Wang has worked at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Second Clinical College of Norman Bethune Health Science Center of Jilin University and the Beijing Tiantan Hospital of the Capital Medical University. She was also a professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Capital Medical University and an advisor for postgraduate students.

Dr. Wang has over 30 years of clinical experience with in-depth studies and achievements in the diagnosis and treatment of reproductive endocrine disorders (recurrent abortion, infertility, abnormal menstruation, premature ovarian insufficiency, polycystic ovary syndrome, menopause syndrome, etc.), minimally invasive reproductive surgery (fallopian tube blockage, pelvic adhesions, uterine fibroids, ovarian tumor, endometriosis, uterine cavity adhesion, endometrial polyps, uterine malformation, etc.), pelvic floor dysfunction (urinary incontinence, organ prolapse, rectus abdominis diastasis, pubic symphysis separation, lower back pain, abnormal body shape, etc.), female genital cosmetic surgery, and cervical disease.

Dr. Wang has led and participated in many scientific research projects of the National Science and Technology Climbing Program, the National Health Commission, the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, the Capital Medical University, the Wu Jieping Medical Foundation, and the China-EU Seventh Framework Cooperation Project. She has published dozens of academic articles in well-known medical journals such as the International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Chinese Journal of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology, etc. She has also won the second prize in Natural Science of the National Women’s and Children’s Health Science and Technology Award.

Dr. Wang serves as the director of the female reproductive reconstructive plastic surgery branch and the technology innovation & reconstructive plastic surgery branch of the Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics, the executive director of the multidisciplinary comprehensive intervention committee of the World Federation of Vascular Societies, the member of the minimally invasive gynecology surgery professional committee of the Beijing Medical Association, the director of the obstetrics and gynecology branch of the Beijing Medical Doctor Association, the deputy leader of the private medical institution experts group of the female reproductive reconstructive plastic surgery branch of the Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics, the editorial board member of the International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the special reviewer of the Chinese General Practice.
